Hi Guys! It’s been a long time, but I am back! Over the last few months the two things I have learned to master are moderation and balance. A healthy lifestyle and mindset are all about these two things. Being able to enjoy the foods you love is important and its taken me quite a while to get a hold on that. Finding healthy, fun alternatives is actually really fun and makes “dieting” alot easier.
